Born and raised in Seaham, Leah began her working life at just 16, joining Littlewoods straight from school—a path many took at the time. After several successful years there, she made the leap into the lettings industry in 2004, working alongside our director Terry Kimmitt. Since then, Leah has built an impressive career, bringing a huge wealth of experience and local knowledge to the team.
Known for her down-to-earth approach and dedication, Leah is a trusted figure in the business and a firm favourite with clients. Outside of work, she’s a proud mam to two daughters and a doting nanna to four grandchildren. Her happiest moments are spent with family, whether it’s a quiet walk, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a lively night out with her sisters or husband Jimmy.
