Born and raised in Seaham, Aidan brings local pride and fresh energy to the Kimmitt Lettings team. After attending secondary school and college in Peterlee, he went on to study Finance, Accounting and Economics at Northumbria University—laying the groundwork for a future in property management.
A passionate Sunderland supporter and keen rugby player, Aidan balances his competitive spirit with a love of reading and socialising. With two brothers and a sister, he’s no stranger to teamwork and lively conversation—skills he brings to the office every day.
Ambitious and eager to grow, Aidan hopes to become an office manager in time. His dedication, curiosity, and approachable nature make him a valued part of our team and a firm favourite with clients.
