Ted is the newest member of the Kimmitt Lettings team, bringing with him a wealth of experience following a distinguished military career. A proud local, Ted was raised in the coalfield communities of Fencehouses, Houghton, and Hetton, and was educated in Durham, where he earned a Certificate in Education (CertEd), a Certificate in Diversity Management, and Level 7 Management qualifications.
Ted’s property management experience spans residential and commercial sectors across Africa, North America, and Europe, giving him a truly global perspective and a practical, hands-on approach.
